reliable hotel, it offers excellent services and ideal location close enough to boccadasse, the cleanest beaches of genova and the suburbs. i'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with tv set, the sofa bed down and the bathtub was not a problem. thanks to all professional staff. they serve a wide array of meals, the food i tried was good.

The room street side is very loud! Unprofessional Room Service staff. They came to our room at 8 o'clock in the morning, without knocking!
